Tenure is €15 per active tenancy. Stripe payment processing is charged separately at 0.5% per payment, capped at €5, plus VAT. There are no Tenure percentage-of-rent fees.
A Stripe account is required for direct automated rent collection and payouts. If you prefer manual rent tracking, you can still use Tenure without connecting Stripe.
